Business Manager

Rachel has worked at Balsall Common Dental Practice since forever BUT not as long as Rebecca Swalwell!

She started as a receptionist and was then promoted to Business Manager. She now resides in the back office working on the administration to keep the Practice running smoothly. She is only seen on rare occasions when Ashley summons her to the surgery.

Rachel is known around the village for her participation in keep fit classes and walking her ‘lassie’ dog.
