To say I was terrified is a understatement, I was filled with fear of the dentists. I was recommended by my daughter whilst on holiday here with an emergency. Having had awful experiences in the past both with treatment and advice, I can't emphasise enough the reassurance, advice and treatment I received from Ashley and all the lovely girls there. I had 2 extractions, and honestly can say my fear was far worse than the pain I felt, just a little sensation of movement, but over in 5 mins. The bleeding stopped immediately, and I was shaking with fear for the pain to kick in later, but NO pain whatsoever have I had. I have to have further treatment root canal on another tooth, and completely trust Ashley's skill. He explained everything, why things went wrong, what treatments available, and long term outlook, very much treated personally, and ultimately my decision. The reception and nurses were so reassuring they knew how scared I was, in fact a poor girl was probably in more pain from me sqeezing her hand ! The following day I even had a call asking how I was feeling. All in all a first class appointment, and whilst not looking forward to it, I have less fear, for my forthcoming appointment.
