We are open on Saturday mornings and Monday evenings which may help you to fit your dental appointments around your work.

How much would it cost to have my black fillings replaced?

Do I have to lie back in your dental chair?

Some dental treatment can be provided sitting up but most dental treatment requires you to lie back. If you can manage to lie in bed with 4 pillows then you will be OK lying back in the dental chair.

I hate having impressions in my mouth. Is there another way to do this?

There certainly is. We can use a digital scanner to make ‘goop free’ 3d images of your mouth.

Can I go to sleep for my treatment?

For safety reasons general anaesthetics are only available in hospitals. Many people find ‘happy air’ a very helpful way of keeping calm and relaxed during treatment. We are also able to arrange i.v. sedation which relaxes you so much that you will have no recollection of anything. You will believe that you were asleep.

Why do I have to see a Hygienist?

Most adults choose to see a dental hygienist on a regular basis to help then to achieve control over heir own gum health. It is now well recognised that people with healthy gums are much less likely to loose their teeth and much less likely to suffer from a whole range of illnesses including heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and cancer.

I hate the colour of my teeth, what can you do about it?

Can I see you on the NHS?
